Horses need good quality roughage to be healthy and vital. Dust and mold spores in hay have been proven to cause respiratory diseases and impair the horse's performance. A large number of horses are already suffering from respiratory diseases.

 

Our vision is therefore to enable horse owners to offer their horses dust-free hay for greater well-being, vitality and better health.

 

We have therefore developed a process for mechanically removing dust from hay and combating mold spores and built a corresponding prototype called DEXTR1550 . Both the process and the prototype are protected by a utility model and will be patented shortly.

 

With DEXTR1550 we are turning our vision into reality. Our prototype reliably removes even fine dust from the hay without affecting the valuable nutrients. The gentle process prepares the hay, while the natural structure and nutrient content are retained. The result is a high-quality feed that can sustainably improve the vitality and well-being of the horses.
